Dono Launches AI-Powered Title Search and Report Generation on SoftPro Sync
Dono today announced the availability of its title search and report generation capabilities on SoftPro Sync, the ordering and delivery integration within SoftPro 360.
With the integration, SoftPro users can assign title search orders to Dono as a vendor directly from their SoftPro environment. Dono completes the search, and the finished report and data deliver back into the user's system through Sync. Teams with existing search packages can also send abstracts through Sync and receive formatted reports back. The entire workflow stays within SoftPro.
Dono's platform combines AI-driven data extraction with human title professional verification to handle the collection, analysis, and organization of property records across county systems. Title search and report generation are currently available across more than 700 counties, including coverage in Florida, North Carolina, and Arkansas, with continued expansion underway.

The integration is available now through SoftPro Sync.
